I have only the highest praise for Pooky/ We have purchased a number of table lamps, standing lamps and ceiling lamps from them over the last 2 and a half years and are delighted with them all. Shipping is always prompt and communication excellent. I can't fault them.

Lovely products and good service. Have purchased 4 lamps and shades from Pooky. I returned some to swap out and found returns hassle free. Also returned a large mirror which they arranged collection for. Refunds were quick. Love my products ?

Really, really beautiful lights, very good quality and the price was really reasonable compared with some very similar ones, we waited a long time for the lights to come back into stock, but it really was worth the wait. Exactly as they are shown on the photos on the website. One bulb wasn’t working and customer services replaced it immediately. Highly, highly recommended.

Great looking lamps - if only they worked! First lamp didn't work - the recommended bulb possibly blew it - so after frustrating conversations re returning and sending a replacement, the replacement lamp arrived & that too didn't work. And it wasn't the bulb. Customer service was good in responding the 2nd time. However, overall a time consuming process & disappointing!

So impressed with the information on the website in relation to sourcing an appropriate picture light. Easy purchase. Delivered quickly. Great price. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the light I received.

I had Pooky recommended to me by my architect. They offer beautiful lighting and their customer service team is exceptionally good - probably the best amongst the many vendors that I had interacted with during my house renovation project. I am sure that I will buy from Pooky again.

Have purchased a few things from Pooky and have been really impressed with the quality of the product and the efficiency of the service. They are now my go to for lighting before anyone else.

Very surprised by the poor reviews here as from my experience of ordering multiple wall lights/pendants & bulbs through Pooky as we've renovated over the last 18 months, I've had nothing but positive experiences. I have messed up my own orders - from ordering unsuitable bathroom lights to losing parts from orders, and customer service have been nothing but helpful each time, especially for a small business. I genuinely feel they have gone above and beyond to help and the quality of the products is far beyond your typical high street brands. Highly recommend.

You can't actually add reviews to their site, so it appears they cherry-pick reviews from some other source or make them up. The lights are nice, but only use bayonet bulbs. Many of the glass shades won't fit a normal bulb so they appear to make money selling specialized bulbs only they can provide.

Customer service is... well, they are perfectly nice if somewhat ineffectual. They seem to know very little about lighting (never heard of Phillips Hue bulbs).

Took them a full month to refund my return and only did so after much nagging.

The lamp looks beautiful- no issues there- but everything else has been sub-standard. The delivery process was protracted as the address wasn’t given in full to the delivery company and as there were 2 deliveries it involved a lot of waiting in unnecessarily and emails to sort it out. On installing it, the whole house fused as the new Pooky bulb was faulty. Disappointing.

Pooky products are very good quality, great choice of something a bit different that look fabulous but above all I keep shopping there because the customer service is a cut above. I had a small issue, I ordered the wrong lamp. Nothing was too much trouble for Megan to sort, efficient, friendly & unbelievably prompt service.
A refreshing change from many companies stressful online shopping experiences.

I ordered two wall lights from Pooky and they were beautiful. However, there was a small problem with one of them. I emailed Pooky to let them know about this on a Saturday, not expecting a reply for a few days. However, they got in touch within minutes or receiving my email and organised a replacement that I received 3 days later. This is some top quality customer care! Thank you!

Beautifully crafted products, beautifully packed for delivery, and delivered so fast it almost makes your head spin. This company is superb. And the customer service is exceptional. If you need to, you can actually speak to somebody who knows what you are talking about, and can sort out anything to do with your order. A big thank-you to Sabrina and Emily!
